IT is something I've always wanted to study. When I was researching graduate programs in Auckland, an online course in IT caught my eye. I read the requirements for enrollment and wondered if I would be eligible since I graduated from university in Korea, so I contacted the University of Auckland directly.

I've been interested in IT for a long time, but never really explored it because I was too busy trying to make ends meet. Then I stumbled upon the Online IT courses for graduate students at the University of Auckland in New Zealandin the center of the page.
I read through the enrollment requirements, when to start, tuition, etc. It didn't matter what my major was, I just needed a college degree and GPA.

Just browsing the homepage doesn't require a login, but apparently I needed an account to contact the University of Auckland in New Zealand directly.
To create an account, you'll need to click the Register for a new account button as shown in the photo above. I followed the steps below to create an account and log in.

1) Create an account yourself

There are several social media methods for creating an account, but I tried, and it didn't work. I ended up hitting the Register manually button, which required me to enter my information.
2) Enter your account information

The information to create an account is really simple. All you need to register is your first and last name, email, and password.
I thought that by registering like this, I could easily log in now, but then I remembered that I only set a password without registering a username or email account.
I was a little annoyed and wondered how the heck I was supposed to log in.
3) Email from the University of Auckland

Then, I received an email from the University of Auckland with my username, ID number, and email address.
Now that I had a username and the password I set up above, I thought I could log in. I went back to the Auckland, New Zealand homepage and logged in, and it worked.
If you can't remember your password or would like to change it, select the I've forgotten my password button under Sign in on the home page.
You'll then see the picture below, where you can change your password, or reset it to set it again.

How to contact the University of Auckland, New Zealand directly

Once logged in, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select AskAuckland from the Help and Support menu.
I successfully logged in and then wandered around trying to figure out where I could contact them.

In the photo above, next to AskAuckland Search, click My Enguiries first, then click Create a new enquiry once.

You should now see the familiar Contact Us field. Simply write what you wanted to ask the University of Auckland, New Zealand directly and submit it.
When you see the options, we'll ask you roughly what question you're asking, but if it's not exactly the same, but close enough, you can just pick it.
